Closing unmerged as stale duplicate: OCC#5876 now carries its own OMN-15521 self-bind receipt and local/product eligibility proof. This auto companion has append-only/supersession failures and must not replace the self-contained repair. |

Deterministic OCC evidence companion for #5876, authored by node_occ_companion_effect (RSD-3, OMN-14622) from the node_occ_companion_compute plan. Every byte is a pure function of the compute plan (attestation-oracle reproducible).
