The Receipt Gate pins a single contract hash per ticket and requires every receipt's contract_sha256 to match it, so the 5 pre-existing receipts (dod-core-pr-1187, dod-deploy-assessment, dod-occ-pr, dod-route-single-source-infra-pr2052, dod-route-repoint-omnimarket-pr1321) are rebound from the old hash to the post-edit hash sha256:9c2057925f4793bcef6a0c40dafcfb51ac39743155c1b66e6c7355260804b156.
