OMN-13102 — OCC receipt: pattern_learning golden-chain live proof

Paired OCC receipt for omnimarket product PR #1341
(OmniNode-ai/omnimarket#1341).

Adds:

• contracts/OMN-13102.yaml — ticket contract with dod_evidence.
• drift/dod_receipts/OMN-13102/dod-omnimarket-pr-1341/command.yaml — binds the
  live materialization proof to omnimarket PR evidence(OMN-11417): bind agent demo mode OCC receipts #1341 by pr_number + commit_sha.
• drift/dod_receipts/OMN-13102/dod-deploy-no-runtime-impact/command.yaml —
  docs-only / no-runtime-impact deploy receipt.

Both receipts carry a matching contract_sha256 (Receipt Hardening Gate
OMN-13060). Receipt Honesty + Hardening gates pass locally.
