The LIVE golden-chain proof — publish a real market node contract to
onex.evt.platform.node-registration.v1 and assert a new Stable consumer group
appears with no rebuild — is gated on OMN-12449 deploying its consumer-side
namespace gate + handler_class fixes to a runtime. Payload-shape correctness is
proven by the adapter unit tests and the ContractYamlParser.parse round-trip.
Post-merge runtime deploy + integration sweep remain required before release and
dev-to-main promotion.
