Manual merge sweep closeout: this stale auto-ship rescue branch is conflicted and contains a broad obsolete OCC payload. The useful evidence has been decomposed into dedicated OCC PRs (#1879, #1880, #1881, #1883, #1884, and #1882 for OMN-12433). Keeping this PR open would risk reintroducing stale contracts/receipts over current dev, so I am closing it as superseded rather than merging it. |

Auto-ship rescue
The auto-ship node (node_dirty_canonical_sweep) is undeployed. This PR manually rescues uncommitted work from the canonical onex_change_control clone under omni_home so nothing is lost.
