occ-preflight on this companion returned pr_ticket_mismatch: 'no PASS receipt for one or more tickets binds to PR #6043 or one of its commit SHAs'. Every receipt bound the PRODUCT PR (#1546); none bound this OCC PR, so the companion could not clear its own eligibility gate. Adds the self-bind entry + receipt (pr_number: 6043) the autobind producer emits on every companion it mints — the same shape as occ-self-bind-pr-6042 on OCC#6042. Probe executed live under bash -o pipefail, rc=0. Hashes recomputed with the canonical validator; all five receipts whole=OK entry=OK.

…#6043) * evidence(OMN-15666): OCC companion for OmniNode-ai/omnibase_core#1546 Autobind REPAIR, not a duplicate. The occ-companion-effect job on core#1546 succeeded at 2026-08-04T08:05:28Z but no companion was ever minted: no auto/*pr-1546* branch on onex_change_control and no OCC PR after 35+ minutes, measured against a 25s autobind latency on the peer PR (core#1545 -> OCC#6042 at 07:13:22Z). Nothing existed to adopt, so this repairs rather than races. Contract + 3 receipts covering the PR binding, the 21/21 dual-sink golden chain, and the full pre-push suite (43,792 passed / 53 skipped / 3 xpassed / 0 failed) run on the gate host against tree d718b1fb2c5541d7b8f5fa9c85791a467fbaaa0a. Every contract_sha256 and contract_entry_sha256 was computed with the canonical omnibase_core validator (validator_receipt_gate.compute_contract_entry_sha256), recomputed after yamlfmt settled the files, and re-verified field-by-field against the committed contract before push. * evidence(OMN-15666): rebind receipts to core#1546 head 2a5b973a The CodeRabbit-review fix commit moved the PR head, so the prior receipts bound a superseded SHA. Rebound to 2a5b973a with the post-fix evidence: dual-sink golden chain 27/27 (6 new regressions for the store-typing and poll-cycle-abort defects) and the full pre-push suite 43,796 passed / 53 skipped / 3 xpassed / 0 failed (1:19:26) against tree 36f6720f, verified identical on the authoring and gate hosts. Hashes recomputed with the canonical validator after yamlfmt settled and re-verified field-by-field: all three whole=OK entry=OK. * evidence(OMN-15666): falsifiable deploy probe + OCC-executable check_values Two real gate failures, both fixed at the cause rather than worked around. 1. deploy-gate RED: 'PR touches runtime paths but no cited ticket has deploy DoD evidence ... OMN-15666 declares no falsifiable deploy probe'. Adds dod-omn-15666-deploy-probe and dod-omn-15666-no-commit-on-dual-failure, both in the hermetic form the gate names for compute-only tickets: they read the SHIPPED bytes off GitHub at the pinned commit and assert the symbol the change introduces. Neither reads back a receipt or contract this PR authors, so neither can be trivially green. 2. Contract Compliance Check RED: check_values run from the OCC repo, where 'uv run pytest tests/unit/runtime/...' cannot resolve — that path lives in omnibase_core. Every check_value is now executable from any repo. Falsifiability was PROVEN, not asserted: each probe was executed live (all exit 0, stdout recorded in its receipt) and a control probe for a symbol that does not exist was confirmed to exit non-zero, so these checks can go RED. Hashes recomputed with the canonical validator after yamlfmt settled; all four receipts verified whole=OK entry=OK. * evidence(OMN-15666): buffer probe producers — OMN-15411 Rule E Contract Corpus Ratchets flagged all three new probes as Rule E (sigpipe-fragile early-exit consumer): an unbounded 'gh api | base64 -d' piped straight into 'grep -q' is SIGPIPE-killed when grep exits at the first match, and the dod_verify runner's 'bash -o pipefail' converts that 141 into a FALSE RED on evidence that is actually present. Repaired at the cause, not baselined: each producer is buffered into a variable first, then fed to 'grep -qF' — the exact form the ratchet prescribes. That removes the 3 new Rule E instances rather than pinning them, so the per-bucket census returns to its frozen value (live 162 -> pinned 159) with no baseline edit. All four probes re-executed live under 'bash -o pipefail' after the rewrite: rc=0 each, stdout recorded per receipt. Hashes recomputed with the canonical validator; all four whole=OK entry=OK. * evidence(OMN-15666): add occ-self-bind-pr-6043 occ-preflight on this companion returned pr_ticket_mismatch: 'no PASS receipt for one or more tickets binds to PR #6043 or one of its commit SHAs'.
