…-produce long tail) Adds the per-code-PR DoD receipt that binds OMN-13294 to omnimarket PR #1318 — the G2 mass-produce continuation adding three more mechanical scanner corpora (localhost-URL, onex-topic-string, work-item-marker) to the generation producer, each corpus-accepted against the live local model. - contracts/OMN-13294.yaml: add dod-omnimarket-pr-1318 evidence item. - drift/dod_receipts/OMN-13294/dod-omnimarket-pr-1318/command.yaml: new PASS receipt bound by pr_number=1318 and commit_sha for Receipt-Gate eligibility resolution. - re-hash all existing OMN-13294 receipts (core #1286, market #1312, deploy, occ-self) to the updated contract_sha256 so every receipt binds the current contract. OCC eligibility (validator_occ_merge_eligibility) for omnimarket PR #1318 against this snapshot: eligible=true (contract present, all 5 receipts PASS + hash-bound, #1318 receipt PR-bound to head 8c5343b8). Receipt Honesty + Hardening gates green. Evidence-Ticket: OMN-13294
