Summary

Binds AC4 for OMN-19981 to the merged OmniDash dev head 58b2f89df29018d1956649285b622e5f72cb1262 and records the current Chromium behavior proof.

What changed

Added an append-only OCC contract item and command/test receipts for the dashboard page-contract checks. The evidence companion does not alter product code.

How it was verified

• OmniDash product PR chore(OMN-8765+9154): OCC contracts + dod_receipts for tonight's PRs #346 is merged at 58b2f89df29018d1956649285b622e5f72cb1262.
• Chromium: npm run test:e2e -- tests/e2e/local-dashboard-contracts.spec.ts --project=chromium — 15 passed, including the required 1440x900 viewport, unmeasured-value, and no-cutoff checks.
• Native page suite: npm test -- --run src/pages/local/pages.test.ts — 61 passed.

Local gates

Contract substance, canonical shape, acceptance binding, receipt hardening, rebind, and the full pre-commit gate passed on signed commit 34325ec64.

Not in this change

No product code or Linear status change is included. AC-lab and HTTP-mode evidence is not claimed by this companion.

Failure paths

• size: the receipt is within the repository's normal size limits.
• no answer: no unanswered command or review request is claimed; all listed checks have recorded results.
• incomplete verdict: the Chromium and native suites report complete pass counts, and the OCC gates report complete verdicts.
• No product check failed. The browser run required elevated localhost binding in this environment.

Close-out for onex_change_control#12615 (OMN-19981). Merged 2026-10-03T19:14:57Z, merge commit 106bc2b. It landed AC4 evidence bound to the merged omnidash dev head 58b2f89 (v5 native Vitest and v1 Playwright receipts).

Verified: 89 check-runs succeeded, 2 skipped, none failing (verify / verify run 37146148012). The PR body records Chromium 15 passed (incl. 1440x900) and the page suite 61 passed; I did not rerun those. Read live 2026-10-04T15:48Z; no review comments, and the only comments are bot notices.

Unblocks: Nothing.

Left on OMN-19981: In Review; Jonah was asked at 2026-10-04T09:33Z to review and move it to Done. The Workflow, Usage, Credentials and API Keys pages and AC3 (deleting the sqlite reader) are scoped to the 10/5 sprint by the ticket description.
