Hand-authored companion for OmniNode-ai/omnimarket#3161 (OMN-19860 step 2: the delegate-skill terminal carries caller lane and session). Adds two dod_evidence entries (diff scope check, and a behavior proof whose command differs from #3014's) with PASS receipts. The behavior proof was executed at PR head 438681dad3ed834e0e9fb91a27700c49ce89549d on lab host h201: 55 passed. The scope probe is the live gh pr view output. The OCC self-bind is left to the mint workflow.
