Summary

  • Creates contracts/OMN-11221.yaml binding three PRs for the architectural invariant enforcement loop
  • dod-omnibase-core-pr-1104: model extensions (EnumEnforcementSurface, EnumViolationCategory, ModelInvariantWaiver, extended ModelInvariant)
  • dod-omnimarket-pr-696: node_architectural_invariant_loop with 5 seed invariants ARCH-001 through ARCH-005
  • dod-omniclaude-pr-1603: architectural_invariant_loop skill shim and auto-generated orchestrator node
  • dod-deploy-assessment: confirms no live deploy required for new COMPUTE node (deployment post-merge via redeploy ticket)
