Manual backports of trilium updates. Required to update the electron version to 37, because electron_35 is EOL.

Technically there is a breaking change in Trilium 0.97 (database migration), but I'm not sure it matters much in practice.

In the past electron security was considered important enough to allow backporting breaking changes. If preferred by maintainers, we can keep the old package with electron_35 and let people opt in to install the old, potentially insecure package version after #445467 has been merged.
