sieve-editor-gui: add darwin support, 0.6.1-unstable-{2024-01-06 -> 2025-03-12}

[fugidev]

• update to the latest commit, for changes see thsmi/sieve@5879679...4bcefba
• add packaging for darwin (some of it taken from my previous PR sieve: init at 0.6.1-unstable-2025-01-06 #331070)
• remove not needed build inputs and nodejs override
• add application icon on linux
• enable Wayland support
