Description of changes

Previously, the pkg-config file for guile referred to ${libunistring}/include, which didn't exist. This results in build failures for programs that are built with CMake and link to guile.

This fixes the pkg-config file to correctly refer to ${libunistring.dev}/include, which does exist.
