teams: fix source hash of 1.5.00.10453 on Darwin

Description of changes

Teams was upgraded to 1.5.00.10453 in #170863 but that PR missed the update of the hash of the source package on Darwin platforms.

I am unable to build and test this but the hash should be correct.
