Recurrence packet: Promptly 320px heading overflow (product-live/tinystudio-promptly-320px-heading-overflow-recur).

CSS fix already on main (PR fix(public): wrap Promptly hero heading at 320px without hiding overflow #134, merge 17f364c): shared h1 { overflow-wrap: anywhere }.
The live bundle still serves pre-fix CSS because the Pages deploy lane fails closed on the missing CLOUDFLARE_API_TOKEN (Pages:Edit) secret; the fleet Workers token was live-tested and rejected (Authentication error 10000). Deploy gate is Nish-reserved (provision Pages token).
This PR extends the named regression to the packet's four viewports (280/320/360/390) so the recurrence probe is complete; no CSS change.
