Summary

• Renames products.yml to components.yml — some entries are components within a product offering, not standalone products
• Updates all references in sync-skills.yml (config file name, YAML key products → components, variable names)

Test plan

• Trigger sync workflow manually to verify it reads components.yml correctly

LGTM — clean rename, all 14 yq references updated consistently. No logic changes.

Merge this before #21 (automated sync) so the sync workflow picks up the new filename. #21 will need a rebase after.
