eval/evals.json are in the PR -- awaiting fixes then will push and merge. NVIDIA-NeMo/nemo-platform#116 The onboarding config looks fine to me |

Evaluator and data-designer entries now use skills/nemo-*-plugin/ symlinks in nemo-platform instead of deep plugin package paths. Signed-off-by: Nick Goncharenko <ngoncharenko@nvidia.com>

Approving. Both skills now carry the full 5-artifact set on source repo (SKILL.md + skill-card.md + skill.oms.sig + evals/ + BENCHMARK.md). Flat-layout entry, paths exist, DCO + Verify Authors pass. nemo-setup correctly removed.
