Background

Bump both MCore refs using one shared Bridge compatibility payload. PR #5175 is the sole landing vehicle; it must not merge until this PR and validation PR #5174 pass their authoritative gates on compatibility SHA 9ee600113cff48a2310d45f7e1ef3a7d09d13a49.

What changed

Update .main.commit and .dev.commit.
Pin the gitlink to MCore main and retain the main lockfile.
Repair upstream Gemma3-VL GB200 drift by allowing automatic attention-backend selection.
Carry the shared MCore expert-TP compatibility fixes.

.dev.commit temporarily references MCore PR #6165 head af91b6b5cc5aec01458b8e6d24ccb0f4717e49e3; it must be replaced with the actual merged dev commit before landing.

Tested

Lane differs from compatibility only in 3rdparty/Megatron-LM and uv.lock.
Focused Ruff and format checks passed.
Gemma3-VL unit modules: 62 passed.
H100 L2_Launch_recipes_gemma_vl: passed.
GB200 coverage remains authoritative CI; no GB200 sandbox was available.
