After maintenance on 6/16/2025, C6 now loads the cray-libsci module, which causes build problems. This module needs to be unloaded before building gsi-utils.

I notice that the GCC linux Build is not loading the cached-env, and instead building the dependency tree. I wonder why that is.

Same is true for Intel.

I think that is because I am also pushing updates to the CI system in #78, which is changing the cached environment.
