Description: The Drug Mechanism Database (DrugMechDB) focuses on filling in the biological gap between the protein targets of drugs and the diseases that they treat. To achieve this, the database exposes the biological entities and steps to traverse across a biological knowledge graph from a protein target to a disease. DrugMechDB serves as a catalog for a subset of known drug-disease indications with an established path through a network of biomedical entities.
