High-level description of data source(s): The Alliance of Genome Resources (AGR) is a consortium with representation from seven model organism database (MOD) communities and the Gene Ontology (GO) Consortium whose goal is to develop and maintain sustainable genomic information resources that facilitate the use of diverse model organisms in understanding the genetic and genomic basis of human biology, health, and disease. The AGR knowledgebase covers the domains of genetics and genomics in the discipline of comparative biology and includes expertly curated and standardized annotations representing functional, phenotypic, and disease association properties of genes and other genome features derived from diverse MOD data.
