add hurricane-specific variables to GFS_typedefs.F90 for hurricane option in saSAS
Note: To invoke the HWRF modifications to the saSAS, one needs to set the following namelist variable in gfs_physics_nml:
hwrf_samfdeep=.true.
hwrf_samfshal=.true.
asolfac_deep = 0.89 !#GFS:0.958
asolfac_shal = 0.89 !#GFS:0.958
