Consolidate all render formats under
ui://. The sentiment from the community is that we should use mimeType to discriminate between types. Currently,mcp-uistill supports raw HTML (text/html) and external URL (text/uri-list), but in the future we'll be able to add arbitrary types in the future.This PR maintains backwards compatibility on the client side with proper warnings. Support will be removed in MAJOR version 4.
