Closed as partially superseded and partially incompatible with the pinned shared stack.

Merged through reviewed PRs #44 and #45: the compatible test/runtime-client updates (ASP.NET test packages, Microsoft.NET.Test.Sdk, Npgsql, JWT, Testcontainers, xUnit, Azure.Identity) with regenerated current-base lockfiles. Full 263/263 tests and aggregate restore/audit/format/build/current-tree-secret/image/Trivy gates passed on both branches.

Not merged: EF Core/Microsoft.Extensions 10.0.10. A direct trial produced MSB3277 and CS1705 because pinned public ServiceDefaults is built against EF Core 10.0.5. That stack must advance atomically with ServiceDefaults; forcing this PR would create a mixed assembly graph. Dependabot can reopen the remaining update once the shared dependency is reviewed and pinned.
