PR #6556 (Mika ferry pt0) auto-merged at 13:11:18Z on commit c1feeb7 while the non-required "check MEMORY.md generated-index drift" check was failing (Entries: 1493, Index STALE). Auto-merge fired on required-checks- green; the non-required drift check rode along — the auto-merge-race-with- follow-up-commit anti-pattern (.claude/rules/blocked-green-ci-investigate- threads.md). Substrate-honest correction: never rewrite the race-merged commit, only add the fix. Regenerated via `bun tools/memory/reindex-memory-md.ts`. Scoped to memory/MEMORY.md only (generator output): adds Mika ferry pt0/pt2 + Alexa four-axis entries, drops three aged-off 2026-05-22 entries, heap count 1390 -> 1393.
