Config handling improved, simulation improved, migration improved. You no longer will need to migrate after this release - stored in a central user-based location.

Shuffle Move v0.3.13

v0.3.13 includes a couple bug fixes, completion of the Finnish translations, and Blaziken's Mega ability. Be sure to delete your species.txt in the config folder if you are updating from a previous installation.
