Our base directory has gotten very populated, it may feel daunting.
Let's move
finetune_<method>tofinetune/<method>etc.The only exception for now is
generate.pywhich is pretty ubiquitous as a script in howtos and other scripts. In a separate PR we need to also revisit and see if we can somehow mergegenerate.pyandgenerate/full.py.
