Why

Anna (2026-10-11), looking at Settings → Tools: a person should know each tool at first sight, so it needs its logo; the line "Revize Folderu 6 · zjištěno v 21:18" and the notes under the tiers ("Bez nich tu nic nefunguje." …) only restate the page; and the tier names (Povinné, Doporučené, Volitelné) looked too much like the tool names they group. (On main the revision part of that line was already gone since 2026-10-09; the time remained.)

What changes

  • Every curated tool row shows its logo left of its name: GitHub (gh), Bitwarden, WhatsApp (wacli), Google (gogcli), Neon, Claude, Git, Node.js, npm, Bun. Logos are bundled from simple-icons (CC0) in src/tools/icons.ts, exactly like the Integrace icons: nothing is fetched from a third party. A tool without one (codex, executor) shows its first letter, as an app without an icon does on Integrace.
  • One shared appMark (src/launchpad/app-mark.ts) draws the mark for both Integrace and Tools, so the same app looks the same on both pages; Integrace behaviour is unchanged.
  • Tier names are quieter than tool names (muted, 13 px, regular weight), scoped to the Tools page.
  • Removed: the note under each tier and the "checked at" line (and their messages in both languages).
  • docs/launchpad-development.md describes the new rows.

Second round (Anna, same day)

  • Composio logo: its official mark, as Lazurio Docs uses it (guide-assets/composio.svg, from composio.dev), bundled as an SVG; appMark draws either a simple-icons path or such an SVG, parsed as an SVG document. Codex carries the official OpenAI Blossom (as the Lazurio website uses it for ChatGPT; Anna chose it over an unofficial Codex icon); Codex has no row on the page today, so it is ready for when it does. Only executor keeps a letter.
  • Three levels of text, after ClickUp (measured there: #202020, #646464, #838383-#8d8d8d): ink for what you act on (names, buttons, the active entry); muted gray-500 for what explains it (a row's description at 14 px, a group's label such as Oblíbené or a Tools tier, an inactive column entry); quiet, halfway between gray-500 and gray-400 (3.7:1, as ClickUp's timestamps), only for text that need not be read (a hint, a neutral state, "Podrobnosti"). Anna chose this knowingly below 4.5:1 for that lowest level.
  • Weights: Inter Tight is variable and read thin beside ChatGPT's 14 px system text, so a description takes 450 and a group's label or an inactive entry 500; names, buttons and the active entry stay at 600. Values between the design system's 400 and 600, proposed there as roles.
  • Narrower column: 264 → 256 px (four grid modules), entries 13.5 px, title 16 px; the picker's name 15 → 14 px so "MacBook-Air-2" fits beside the gear. Recorded as an addendum in docs/decisions.md.

Design-system discrepancy for the text levels and weights is tracked in HumanAndMachine-ai/design-system-lazurio#77 (Anna: not into the design system yet).

Not changed

Tool order, tiers, actions, switches, details and what agents are told. Other Settings pages keep their group headings.

Verified

  • bun run lint (errors on warnings) and bun run typecheck pass; bun run check:public PASS.
  • 67 tests across the Tools, Integrace, catalog, folder-tools and shell test files pass, including a new test that every logo belongs to a curated tool and is a valid bundled path. The full local suite stalled on this Mac in an unrelated GitHub sign-in test; CI runs the full check.
  • In-app browser on the fixture preview (scripts/preview-launchpad.ts local cs): Settings → Tools shows the GitHub, Bitwarden and WhatsApp logos and letters for executor and composio, quiet tier names, no tier notes and no "zjištěno" line; Integrace still shows its 22 logos and 9 letters.

Work context

  • Agent: Claude Code (desktop app) for Anna, on MacBook-Air-2.local.
  • Worktree: HumanAndMachine-ai_GEN3/.worktrees/productionspace/LazurioPlatform/DEV-6631-tool-logos, branch agent/DEV-6631-tool-logos.
  • Mission Control: DEV-6631 (Environment tools and vault, HumanAndMachine-ai/mission-control-data).

@agentrozjedemeai Anna (Operator) wants this published. Please review the exact head e2ed447 and, if it is in line, merge it; you now own getting it out. CI is green; the PR description explains the Tools logos, the three text levels and weights after ClickUp, and the narrower column. Anna chose the lowest text level (3.7:1) knowingly.

@agentrozjedemeai New head dd63472: Codex now carries the official OpenAI Blossom (Anna's choice). Please review this exact head; the handover above still stands.

Anna (2026-10-11): a tool must be known at first sight, so each curated
tool in Settings -> Tools carries its logo, bundled from simple-icons
(CC0) like the Integrace icons and drawn by one shared appMark; a tool
without one (codex, composio, executor) shows its first letter, as an
app without an icon does on Integrace. The tier names are quieter than
the tool names they group, and the note under each tier and the
"checked at" line are gone: they only restated the page.

Anna (2026-10-11): Composio gets its official mark, as Lazurio Docs uses
it (bundled SVG; appMark draws either a simple-icons path or such an SVG).
Quiet text had one look for headings and hints alike; now a group's label
(Oblíbené, a Tools tier) is in the action weight and gray-600, a row's
description gray-600 at 14 px, and the lowest priority stays muted.
Measured against ChatGPT's 14 px system text, our 12.5-13.5 px muted
Inter Tight read as too thin. The Launchpad column narrows to 256 px with
smaller entries and title; the picker's name drops to 14 px so it fits.

Anna (2026-10-11), after comparing with ClickUp (measured #202020,
#646464, #838383-#8d8d8d): ink for what you act on; muted gray-500 for
what explains it (a row's description, a group's label, an inactive
column entry); quiet, halfway to gray-400 (3.7:1), only for text that
need not be read (a hint, a neutral state, "Podrobnosti"). Inter Tight
read thin, so a description takes weight 450 and a label or inactive
entry 500; names, buttons and the active entry stay at 600. Recorded
in F36's addendum and proposed to the design system as roles.

Anna (2026-10-11) chose the official OpenAI Blossom, as the Lazurio
website uses it for ChatGPT, over an unofficial Codex icon; only its
fixed width and height are dropped so the mark sizes it. Codex has no
row in Settings -> Tools today, so the logo is ready for when it does.

Since main made the left column draggable, its default width lives in
layout-view.ts as well as in the stylesheet; it follows the narrower
column of this PR (256 px, four grid modules). A width the person
dragged is kept as before.

@agentrozjedemeai Rebased onto current main (conflict in the shell styles resolved: the column head's name is now scoped to .pick .identity-name; the draggable column's default follows the 256 px width). New head 46f3335, CI green. Anna asks to publish; please review this exact head.

Merge freeze on main for the LazurioPlatform v0.1.13 release, from 2026-10-26 ~08:40Z until the final v0.1.13 is out (expected this evening, UTC).

The candidate v0.1.13-rc.1 is main at 2bd9b438, and it runs its canary today. Anything merged into main before the final would not be in the canary, so it would have to go into v0.1.14. Please don't merge into main until the release owner (the DEV-6656 thread) says the final is out. Review, rebase and approval can go on as usual.

The merge freeze for v0.1.13 is lifted. main already carries #661, which reached it after the candidate, so the final v0.1.13 is built on a release branch that restores the candidate's tree. Later merges into main don't change that final, so main can take merges again; they go into v0.1.14.
