docs/EVOLUTION_STATUS.md is the document someone reads to learn what this fork can and cannot do. It still lists three things as open that release/v3.8.55 closed:

Listed as a limit Actually
"The workspace and budget hierarchy is designed but not implemented" Implemented — migration 178, membership-authorized CRUD, budgets rolling up key → project → workspace, dashboard page (#52)
"151 routes … have no contract test referencing them" 53, with 97 removed from the baseline and a contract test in the same commit (#48)
"A live latency budget is not enforced per candidate … depends on decomposing open-sse/services/combo.ts" Both landed: combo.ts 4080 → 3779 with the candidate builder extracted and 700/700 selection equivalence, and X-OmniRoute-Latency-Budget binds every strategy (#53)

Struck through rather than deleted, with the closing PR named — the convention this file already uses for the js-yaml R-10 advisory. A document that quietly drops a limit it once admitted is less trustworthy than one that shows the limit and when it fell.

Not rounded up into wins:

docs/EVOLUTION_STATUS.md still lists as open, for anyone reading it
today, three things release/v3.8.55 closed:

  - the workspace and budget hierarchy, "designed but not implemented"
    — implemented in #52, migration 178 and all
  - "151 routes with no contract test" — 53 now, 97 removed from the
baseline with a test each (#48)
  - "a live latency budget is not enforced per candidate" — enforced in
#53, and the combo.ts decomposition it depended on landed with it

Struck through rather than deleted, with the closing PR named, which is
the convention this file already uses for the js-yaml advisory. A
document that quietly drops a limit it once admitted is less trustworthy
than one that shows the limit and when it fell.

The accessibility entry keeps its page-coverage gap — only the residual
contrast violation closed — and the 53 untested routes stay named as
frozen debt. Neither is rounded up into a win.

  [docs-frontmatter] OK prettier --check clean
