Machine-resolvable portion of W44-B2 (per WAVE44_SCOPE.md):
- scripts/w44-b2-rollout-readiness.sh: validates Windows mimalloc dep,
platform-allocator gate in main.rs, CI workflow coverage, and the
W43{jemalloc}-hard gate. Exit 0 = ready for human-gated rollout.
- docs/ops/w44-b2-windows-allocator-prod.md: rollout window runbook,
human-gated callouts, rollback procedure.
Human-gated (per W44 plan): actual prod rollout window (Wed 23:00 UTC),
on-call SRE sign-off, canary → 25% → 100% traffic.
