Context
This branch contains minor UI improvements:
truncateclass to rule name display for better handling of long file namesThe truncation fix prevents layout issues with long rule names, and the MCP view styling improvements create a more consistent visual experience.
Implementation
In general I added some styles and changed how some styles are applied.

How to Test
You need to have some rules (preferably a longer name) or MCP servers. Then, simply adjust the width of the sidebar where your Kilo Code plugin is located. Make it narrower to reproduce the visual bugs you encountered in the before screenshot section.
