update available cerebras models, change default model to gpt-oss-120b

Context

Added GPT-OSS-120B and ZAI-GLM-4.6 as Cerebras models.

GLM will go live on November 5th, and GPT-OSS is already live.

Qwen 3 Coder will also be deprecated on Nov 4th.

Implementation

Updated existing model schema for Cerebras.

Thanks for your PR. Sadly it cannot be merged, because it seems to be based on a very old main branch. No action is required on your part however, we will pull in the new model config from upstream.
