Comic Rework CBL Enhancements

In order to bring CBL imports in line with the new Comic Rework, a few things need to be handled/refactored in the CBL Import flow.

This issue is to enhance support for the new library and conventions. It is not planned to overhaul the process. That works is already planned and committed to with Diesel with new format.

• ComicVine Library
  • Ensure new Series format works (Cbl has series, Kavita has Series (volume))
• Misc
  • When a special is an Annual and CBL has format tag of Annual, perform extra logic on the filename/title to see if Annual exists.
