I see you are using tags in many other places instead of branches as well, do you really want this in "develop"?

Can you explain why the additional flags -DMPI_Fortran_LINK_FLAGS:STRING="-Wl,--copy-dt-needed-entries" are needed?

This PR puts the latest version of the ufs-jedi-bundle in the develop branch for holding. The branches in this umbrella will point to hashes so that the code can be built without updating everything to develop in the future.
