Upstream-side issue confirmed. v5.0.1 is tagged from d1ba298c51e1b4f354490598480a6a156c585829 (dockerfiles: update windows rules), and the v5.0.1 tarball still has FLB_VERSION_PATCH 0, which matches the failing fluent-bit -V output.

Directly moved to 5.0.2, so 5.0.1 will not work even if there is a patch. Maybe we can skip this version for now and re-visit this in 5.0.2.
