Needs #208051 for dropping OpenCV inreplaces. Dropped this change.


Postinstall related to https://github.com/orgs/Homebrew/discussions/5853.

Alternative options is to performing inreplace during build so that we drop #{sdk_path}/usr/include, replace #{sdk_path}/usr/lib/libX.tbd --> X, etc. Limitation here is handling Framework paths since headers are located within Framework itself.
