The following git command to sign previous commits:
Modified the history in some way that seems to have affected a header at
/partners. However, this was not seen at a preview branch: https://federalist-17bd62cc-77b7-4687-9c62-39b462ce6fd5.sites.pages.cloud.gov/preview/gsa-tts/identity-site/LG-13755-program-updates/partners/. I'm uncertain at the moment.
