Parity nodes have been deprecated for years, this removes support for them and also fixes the conflict between version checking and komodo-defi-proxy.

Parity nodes are deprecated since years, we shouldn't have any complexity just to support them. The removed complexity also fixes the conflict between version checking and komodo-defi-proxy (I remember I fixed this way before, I guess it got reverted from other branches while resolving merge conflicts).
