Calculate $VERNUM
Create $VERNUM folder for putty.exe, putty.pdb.7z
Build x86: perl mkfiles & cd windows & clean & build-release $VERNUM
Test, and check version numbers and file types.
git tag -u779BA9B2 $VERNUM: $VERNUM, as released, + hashes.
sha256sum p* | clip
Upload to https://puttytray.goeswhere.com/download/
Push the tag
Edit version numbers, including the symlink, on the website
Commit the website
Push the website
Do the release on github
Update the release checklist
