route_match_ipv6_address_prefix_list missing in ripng_routemap.c

Hi,
In our network we need to filter ipv6 redistribution by prefix list. But ripngd does not have the option to match via ipv6 prefix-list in route map.

The addition of possibility to match route with ipv6 prefix-list and ipv6 access-list should be very easy.

The implementation is ready - #9200, but it is not going to be merged any time soon because it misses the documentation and the topotests.
You can apply this patch and build FRR from source if you want to use this functionality.
Or you can finish the work by adding docs and topotests so the code can be merged upstream :)

I am closing the issue. It's on our Feature Request list and we're cleaning up our issue list from anything other than bugs.
