EFF-863 Add SQL valuesUnprepared

Summary

• Added Statement.valuesUnprepared to return SQL rows as arrays through unprepared execution.
• Extended the SQL connection contract and all SQL driver implementations with executeValuesUnprepared.
• Added sqlite-node coverage for .valuesUnprepared and a changeset.
