update esmFldsExchange_nems for ungridded wave fields; fix incorrect units in mediator files

Description of changes

• Updates names of partitioned stokes drift fields to use fields with ungridded dimensions in UFS.
• Fixes an issue where the lat/lon units in the mediator history and restart files do not agree w/ underlying grid or mesh from component.
• White space cleanup
