Looking at the output of these hosts diagnostics, there were some things that didn't make sense because of what the hosts are doing unnecessarily.

What issue does this PR address?
Updates the registered implementations diagnostic entry to be aware of default implementations and only report on interfaces which do not have the default implementation(s) registered.
