• replace the GitHub Pages artifact upload step with a repo-local composite action that pins actions/upload-artifact@v7 instead of the warning-producing v4 dependency hidden inside actions/upload-pages-artifact
• keep the Pages deploy behavior the same while preserving the existing locked docs build path and actions/deploy-pages publish step
• verify the warning fix with a real workflow_dispatch run on this branch before asking to merge it
