Both old-base→old-head and current-base→replacement-head comparisons contain exactly the same four paths and the same per-path additions/deletions. The production item_bank.py predecessor blob is identical across the old and current predecessor, and #778 does not modify any of these four paths. No old checks/reviews are transferred; #787 requires fresh exact-head/base evidence.

The preserved contract remains: calibration requires calibration/item-fit/item-information plus exactly one of measured dif or governed dif_not_applicable; neither/both fail closed, and not-applicable evidence does not establish fairness/invariance/equivalence.
