Summary

• preserve the still-unique regression coverage from 🛡️ Sentinel: [MEDIUM] Fix unhandled exceptions in _is_safe_url by adding type validation #919 after the runtime type guards were integrated on protected develop
• exercise both the control-plane and CLI URL validators
• reject integers, booleans, None, lists, and mappings without exceptions

Lineage

Supersedes the remaining test-only value of #919. Its runtime fix is already implemented on protected develop through #924 and #910; this successor is intentionally based on protected commit 2cc865b182281d72879525f751fa8ba77635794d.

Validation

• UV_CACHE_DIR=/tmp/uv-cache uv run --with pytest python -m pytest -q tests/test_ssrf_protection.py — 25 passed
• UV_CACHE_DIR=/tmp/uv-cache uv run --with pytest python -m pytest -q — 977 passed
