Summary
Mods "[Xedra Evolved] Add Offworld Acquisitions Materials Processing"
Purpose of change
CBM vaults are due to be removed from the mainline game, but they should stay in Xedra Evolved--in the longer (decades) slow progression up to the Cataclysm where the dimensional barriers were weakening and portal experiments were occurring, XEDRA teams raided other worlds for technology and assets. This included kidnapping Exodii and vivisecting them for their bionics, which were then cleaned up, studied, and later installed into XEDRA killteam operatives. They'd need a place to put the
materials
they gained on their raids and theassets
they took from them, and this is that place.Describe the solution
Add the
Offworld Acquisitions Materials Processing
microlab finale. It has places to study captured Exodii and their technology as well as holding areas for bothmaterials
and theassets
taken from them. Any captured Exodii are long-dead by this point so all you'll find are zomborgs and zombie scientists. You can hack in to both holding areas, but crucially, you need appropriate id before you're even able to try hacking.I decided to make this a special rather than a dedicated location because I figured the processing would be done close to where they acquired their
materials
to avoid the dangers of transporting them long distances. Easier to ship theassets
off anyway once they've beenextracted

Testing
(mi-go are because this microlab rolled mi-go, they're not in the mapgen)
Additional context
This first pass doesn't have it yet but it'd be nice to have some mission reports from XEDRA killteams over on the counters on the left.
