Purpose of change

Wanted to add in a few dumb jokes.

Describe the solution

A) Adds in a diamond sword, made with two diamonds and a stick. It's pretty bad as a weapon.
B) Changes the half dollar coin to a 50 Cent coin, minted by G-Unit.
C) Allows regular kitchen plates to be used as ballistic plates
D) Changes the Ruger 10/22 to the Oct-22, as deemed by Massachusetts (Or rather, whatever formatting the gun list uses)

Describe alternatives you've considered

Leaving out the oct-22 as it's more of an inside joke, leaving out the diamond sword as it's kinda dumb.

I might drop the oct-22 rename just because its very obscure, and even if you try searching it up, its hard to tell that there's actually a joke there. But I'd keep the diamond sword, that's something most people playing games should get a laugh at. Its not like you really need diamonds for anything else, nor is it lying about its stats, so its not a trap item or anything.

Diamond Sword should be in, and have the description be something like:
"You can swing this sword-sword! You definitely can afford-ford this diamond sword-sword! You even have the patent!"
