deps(semgrep): override mcp to 1.30.0 for GHSA-84m7-p3x7-pcfv - #583

semgrep 1.180.0 pins mcp==1.29.0 exactly, so add semgrep-overrides.txt and recompile semgrep.txt with --override. semgrep.yaml installs with --no-deps --require-hashes, so pip does not re-check the exact pin. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

…rsal (#614) Supersedes Dependabot #612 (semgrep 1.180.0 -> 1.182.0, zizmor 1.30.1 -> 1.31.1). Regenerated with the commands recorded in each file header (uv pip compile --universal --generate-hashes, semgrep with --override semgrep-overrides.txt from #583) and --upgrade-package so every other pin is unchanged except certifi, which semgrep 1.182.1 now requires directly. Dependabot's regeneration dropped the --universal platform markers (cffi, pycparser, uvicorn) and the pywin32 pin, and kept mcp at the vulnerable 1.29.0. Why an override
semgrep 1.180.0 declares
mcp==1.29.0exactly, so a plain upgrade resolves nothing new. This adds.github/requirements/semgrep-overrides.txt(mcp==1.30.0) and recompilessemgrep.txtwith--override.semgrep.yamlinstalls withpip install --no-deps --require-hashes, so pip does not re-check semgrep's exact pin. Same approach as ETL-Abstractions#723 / Etl-Csv#461. Remove the override once a semgrep release allows mcp>=1.30.0.Bottom of a stacked security series in this repo.
