This pull request updates the Gloas SSZ type definitions and execution engine logic to support deposit requests beyond the Electra limit, introducing a new SSZ limit of 40,000. It updates the serialization and deserialization functions to dynamically select the correct SSZ type based on the fork name and adds corresponding unit tests. I have no feedback to provide.
